Hohenshell Financial is pleased to share that Stephanie Hohenshell has completed three securities industry exam milestones: the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam on July 29, 2022, the Series 7 exam on July 18, 2023, and the Series 66 exam on September 11, 2023. These accomplishments mark an important step in her professional development, with her securities licenses held through LPL Financial.
The Series 7 qualifies a person for the solicitation, purchase, and sale of a broad range of securities products and is licensed to work with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, options, and other securities products. The Series 66 qualifies individuals in two capacities: as a representative of both a broker-dealer and an investment adviser, it is the exam commonly used for registration as both a securities agent and an investment adviser representative (IAR).
These represent an important distinction because not every financial professional works under the same licenses and registrations. That distinction can matter when financial conversations move beyond general planning and into investment accounts, securities products, and ongoing advisory relationships. These milestones reflect continued growth in the foundation behind that work and in the scope of services Stephanie is able to support.
